Clarke to Host Advanced Chamber Ensembles Concert, Nov. 27

The Clarke College Music Department will host performances by the Advanced Chamber Ensembles on Tuesday, Nov. 27, at 7:30 p.m. in Jansen Music Hall on the Clarke campus.  Admission is free and the public is invited to attend.       

The concert will feature the New Music Ensemble, conducted by Associate Professor of Music Amy Dunker; the Flute Ensemble, conducted by Adjunct Instructor of Flute Lisa Bost-Sandberg; and the Clarinet Ensemble, conducted by Instructor of Music David Resnick. 

The concert will feature the Flute Ensemble’s performance of “CityScape,” by Kyle Imbertson, a young composer residing in New York City.  The Clarke ensemble performed the world premiere of this piece in October.
