Take pride in your ability as alumni to demonstrate your support of Clarke’s mission and core values. Each year, alumni support makes a significant impact through the Clarke Fund; however, alumni participation is just as vital.
Alumni Participation = The percentage of active alumni donating to the institution on an annual basis.
The alumni participation rate is a visible and measureable indicator of alumni satisfaction with the University. And because it is one of the few ways to quantify alumni satisfaction, it is used in a number of ways to determine everything from grant awards to national collegiate rankings.
In other words, the higher the participation rate, the easier it is for Clarke to secure financial support from foundations and other sources as well as recruit and retain quality faculty and high-achieving students.
