Clarke Welcomes New Vice President for Business and Finance

Clarke University is pleased to announce that Daisy Halvorson has been appointed the university’s next vice president for business and finance. In this position, Halvorson oversees all aspects of Clarke’s budgeting and investment strategies as well as supervising the business office, campus store, conference and events, facilities, food service, human resources and information technology.

Halvorson comes to Clarke from Mount Marty College in Yankton, S.D., where she served for 11 years, including most recently as vice president for finance and administration. She has a BSBA in business and an MBA from the University of South Dakota and is a doctoral candidate at the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.
