The Clarke Organization of Student Physical Therapists (COSPT) raised enough money during its 2013 Kids Against Hunger campaign to package 8,000 meals on Saturday, November 9.
Clarke student, faculty, staff and others worked to package the meals that will be shipped to either Haiti or Central America.
“This will be a tremendous blessing to starving people in those countries,” said Bill O’Dell, chair and associate professor of physical therapy.
COSPT raised money through its fourth annual Used Book Sale, held in the CBH foyer, and from monetary donations.
