Clarke College is pleased to announce a 5.6 percent growth in enrollment for the 2005-2006 academic year.
Clarke’s enrollment increased to 1,246 students this year, which includes students from 27 states, Puerto Rico, and 9 foreign countries.
Clarke’s graduate student population saw an increase of 77 percent. This increase is attributed, in part, to a new partnership with the Archdiocese of Dubuque to offer a master of arts degree in education, and the addition of Clarke’s new doctor of physical therapy (DPT) degree.
“We continue to strengthen both our undergraduate and graduate programs, and we are pleased that an increased number of students chose Clarke,” said Clarke President Catherine Dunn, BVM, Ph.D. “It is important to note, however, that as our enrollment continues to rise, we remain focused on providing the best possible education to each individual student. Our faculty and staff care deeply about our students’ individual successes – a difference that continues to set Clarke apart.”
