Study abroad participant, Music composition, International University of Kagoshima, Japan; had over ten compositions performed in Japan; was commissioned to compose music to be performed in Daegu, South Korea at the 2011 Annual Korea and Japan Art Song Concert for Peace; published seven articles relating these experiences in Japan (magazines, newspapers, etc.).

Clarke Wind Ensemble, Principal Lead Trumpet; composer of original music for the ensemble which has been performed on a regional, professional conference;
Clarke Brass Quintet (Principal Lead Trumpet); composer of original music for the ensemble which has been performed at a national, professional conference, as well as on a recruitment tour at several locations.

Dead Man Walking, composer of the original music for the play (2012).
Naomi is an Ocean in Nigeria; composer of original music for the play; the production won the 2009-2010 Elisha Darlin Arts Award.
