Soccer Star

What brought you to choose Clarke?
The small college campus is what I needed to stay focused on soccer and my education.

Do you play a sport or do you support Crusader athletics?
I play soccer. If I didn’t play a sport I don’t know what I would do with all my spare time. It is honestly one of the best stress relievers.

In what other activities or clubs are you involved?
I am in Math Club. We haven’t gotten together yet, but it sure sounds like a blast, especially since no math is actually involved.

Did you receive financial aid? If so, how did it help you?
I did receive financial aid, and it has provided me with the opportunity to earn a diploma that will lead to my dream job.

What fun things do you do on campus?
I go to the Lion’s Den and play pool, Ping-Pong and card games with my friends.

So far, what has been your most memorable Clarke experience?
Going out bowling with the soccer team.

If you had the chance to tell a prospective student one GREAT thing about Clarke, what would it be?
If you’re looking for a family, it’s right here.

What are your plans for after graduation?
I would like to stick around Midwest Iowa and find a stable job with a high salary.

If you were going to live on a deserted island and you could only bring three things, what would you bring?
A soccer ball, a knife and Dorito Loco Tacos.

If you could be any animal, what would you be and why?
I would like to be a penguin – they’re quick, loud and smooth with the ladies.
