Nursing RN to BSN Admission Requirements
Classes begin
Sessions begin every eight weeks: August, October, January, March, and June.
- Online RN-BSN application
- Official academic transcripts sent from all high school and undergraduate institutions attended
- Transcript issued to student are not official
- Faxed and copied transcripts are not official
- Photocopy of current nursing license
- Two recommendation forms including one relative to academic ability and one relative to professional character
- 30 hours of College coursework including
- Anatomy and Physiology I & II
- Microbiology
- Psychology
- Sociology
- Chemistry is required to be completed within the first year
- Statistics is required prior to NURS 322 Research
- Official TOEFL score if English is not your first language minimum PBT score of 550 or IBT of 80
- Interview with Nursing faculty to be scheduled once all application materials are received

- Proof of Health Insurance
- Mandatory Reporter Training
- Blood Bourne Pathogen Training (within one year)

- Healthcare Provider CPR Certification
Minimum Academic Requirements for Admission
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale
Prerequisite Courses
- CHEM 107 General, Organic and Biochemistry with lab
- BIOL 132 Introduction to Microbiology with lab
- BIOL 211 Human Anatomy and Physiology I with lab
- BIOL 212 Human Anatomy and Physiology II with lab
- MATH 220 Statistics (Pre or co-requirement to NURS 322)
