CareerPLUS Instructor/Facilitator Interest Form

This form is intended to be filled out by individuals who are interested in facilitating a micro course(s) or teaching a credit-bearing course for the CareerPLUS program through Clarke University’s Institute for Professional Excellence.  Filling out this form does not commit you to be a facilitator or instructor; upon filling out this form, you will be put on a “prospective facilitator/instructor” list and contacted by the Director of the Institute for Professional Excellence if your skills/experience align with the needs of the CareerPLUS program. If you are not currently a Clarke employee, additional paperwork will be required.
