Senior Spotlight: Steele F.
By Jazz Daughtrey ’27, Marketing Intern
From the classroom to the community, Steele has made the most of every single opportunity during his time at Clarke. Originally from Allens Park, Colorado, he doubled majored in Biology and Psychology which combine his goals of becoming a physician and breaking the stigma of mental health, especially in men. After graduation he will work as an endoscopy technician at GI of Rockies in Colorado.
Steele is a dedicated leader who has served as Clarke Student Association President, Scholars Program President, and Biology Club President, while also contributing as a Resident Assistant and football team leader. His impact extended beyond campus through service trips, Campus Ministry, and involvement with Quench and Connect, a non-profit started by Clarke alumna Kathryn Ely ’66. His advice to freshman is “Don’t be too cool to try something new, take risks, because everything can change in four years and that’s a good thing”. Above all, he wants to be remembered as someone who made a positive impact, who worked hard, helped others succeed and contributed to a greater community at Clarke.
