NICC Housing Information

Clarke University is pleased to offer housing to full-time Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC) students on a space-available basis. Clarke is located in a safe, residential area of Dubuque, Iowa, 9 miles from the NICC Peosta campus and 1.9 miles from the NICC Dubuque Center.

Students from NICC wishing to complete a housing and dining contract should fill out our request form to have additional information sent to them, which includes a release form that needs to be returned to the Residence Life Department. Once the release form is signed and sent back, access will be granted to begin a housing and dining contract with Clarke University.
