Commuter Life

Commuters are family too!

Clarke’s residency policy requires students who are under the age of 21 to live on campus, or with a parent/legal guardian or spouse within a 30 mile radius of campus. Most of our students live on campus, but that doesn’t mean we have any less love for our commuters!  Our commuters represent our local network of scholars and friends. Clarke offers ample parking, many places to study and socialize, and extensive library resources. In addition, our faculty offer daytime office hours and work with students individually to accommodate their busy schedules.

If you are a commuter, do involve yourself on campus, though. You make up our student body just as much as our on-campus students. Come to games, join clubs, lunch in our dining hall, and attend concerts and campus activities. College is about the experience, and we are here to ensure you have the best adventure.
