Kipperton Quartet Performance at Clarke Canceled

– The Kipperton String Quartet concert scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 17, at Clarke University has been canceled.

According to a spokesman with the Dubuque Arts Council, one of the members of the quartet has moved from the area and they are unable to provide the musical experience they would like with only three members.
