Golf Classic Scholarship Winners
The Clarke University Golf Classic supports scholarships for incoming students from the tri-state region. Each of these students will receive a renewable scholarship for up to four years.

Denis Masinovic
Dubuque Hempstead High School
Intended Area of Study at Clarke: Social Work and Psychology
During his time at Hempstead High School, Denis Masinovic participated in soccer, cross country and is a member of the Dubuque Soccer Club. He has received academic honors for the past three years for both soccer and cross country. He donates immense amounts of money back to his home country and to other organizations.
Fletcher James Riley
Dubuque Hempstead High School
Intended Area of Study at Clarke: Business Administration and Marketing
During his time at Dubuque Hempstead High School, Fletcher Riley was a member of the National Honors Society. Fletcher is also into cars and has won multiple awards for participating in classic car shows. Fletcher is looking forward to seeing what kinds of clubs Clarke offers, especially if it has to do with future young professionals.
Maria Schreiber
Dubuque Senior High School
Intended Area of Study at Clarke: Elementary Education
While attending Dubuque Senior High School, Maria Schreiber was a member of the school dance team, the competition dance team, and also participated in cheerleading. Maria received a varsity letter for dance and is big into volunteering as she has put time in with the non-profit Mindful Minutes for Schools. Maria is looking into joining the Clarke Cheer Team and any volunteer opportunities that may come up.
Trisha Soat
East Dubuque High School
Intended Area of Study at Clarke: Accounting
While attending East Dubuque High School, Trisha Soat is a classroom aide for parish religious education and participates in Battle of the Books. She is also a straight A Honors student (all 4 years), received the Art Award (September 2023), was Student of the Quarter (2Q 2023), is an Illinois State Scholar (Fall 2023), and a member of the National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS, Fall 2023-present). Trisha is looking forward to everything that Clarke has to offer.
Madeline Teasdale
Dubuque Senior High School
Intended Area of Study at Clarke: Elementary Education
During her time at Dubuque Senior High School, Madeline Teasdale was a part of the National Honors Society, volunteered at the Dubuque Regional Humane Society, and is a member of Emerging Leaders. She is looking forward to getting involved with other students in her major. She loves to go hiking with friends and family and her favorite hobby is reading.
