Institutional Advancement Welcomes Development Officer Elena Dominguez to the Team
The Mackin Office of Institutional Advancement is thrilled to welcome Development Officer Elena Dominguez to the team. As a two-time graduate of Clarke, Elena brings a wealth of institutional knowledge and campus pride to her role.
Dominguez grew up in Dubuque and attended Wahlert Catholic High School before enrolling at Clarke. She graduated with a major in Social Work and minor in Psychology in 2020 and continued her education with a Master of Social Work from Clarke in 2021. In each of these programs, she enjoyed the emphasis on building connections with the people and resources around her.
Now as a member of the Mackin Office of Institutional Advancement, she hopes to support the growth of Clarke so others can experience the value-based education that has meant so much to her.
“My decision to attend Clarke was guided by the university’s core values of education, charity, justice, and freedom,” Dominguez said. “As a Development Officer with a focus on digital communications, I intend to incorporate those values in all that I do. I aim to build on existing relationships with alumni and friends of the university and to introduce new friends to the Clarke community.”
