Option to Remain Anonymous

Any member of the Clarke community or the community at large can report incidents anonymously through an online form. Please note that this is NOT an emergency line. If you need an immediate assistance, please call 911.

This is a generic form that is used for anonymous reporting on any topic. The submission is directed to the Vice President for Student Life and the Undergraduate Dean of Academic Affairs. They will refer your submission to the appropriate office for investigation and follow up.
