Clarke University will Host April 3 “Focus on You” Wellness Fair

Clarke University will host the “Focus on You” Wellness Fair on Wednesday, April 3, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. in the Student Activity Center on the Clarke campus. This is a free event sponsored by Clarke University Health Services and is open to the Dubuque and Clarke communities. The wellness fair promotes education and resources provided by various Clarke departments and Dubuque agencies. Attendees are encouraged to enter a drawing for door prizes.

Director of Health Services Tammy Moore said, “Clarke Health Services are thrilled to host the upcoming wellness fair and is so thankful to all the participating vendors. The tri-state area of Dubuque, as well as Clarke University, provides excellent resources for striving to live a healthy, balanced life.”

Representatives from the following organizations will be available: Bio Life Plasma Center, Clarity Clinic, Crescent Community Center, Dubuque Community YMCA/YWCA, Dubuque County ISU Extension and Outreach, Dubuque County Conservation, Dubuque County Right to Life, Dupaco Community Credit Union, Dubuque Police Department, Dubuque Visiting Nurses Association, Fullness of Life Chiropractic Services, Grand River Medial Group, Harmony Factor, Hillcrest Family Services, HyVee Dietician Services, Riverview Center, Tri-State Occupational Health – Medical Associates, and Waypoint Services. Clarke Departments involved include: Clarke Association of Nursing Students, Clarke Counseling Center, Clarke Campus Ministry, SPEAK, Clarke Wellness Group, and Clarke Athletic Training.
