To get the most out of your time, Clarke allows you to create your own virtual experience! Build your visit by selecting sessions from academics, admissions, athletics and/or a current student chat. You can select as many sessions as you are interested in.

Looking to transfer? Join Clarke University Transfer Admissions Counselor, Daija Bates for focused sessions on the questions you want answered. Choose one topic or attend them all – we’re here to guide you through the transfer process and life at Clarke! New sessions are offered every month.

During your visit, you will meet with a Graduate & Adult Admissions Counselor and have a conversation with a faculty member within the graduate program you are interested in. You will also have the option to take a guided tour with one of our current Clarke Student Ambassadors.

Come hang out with us on Wednesday, February 11, from 5:15 to 9 p.m.! This event is your change to learn about Clarke, check out student life, and have a blast – all in one night! From exciting activities to meeting new people, you’ll get a real taste of what it’s like to be a part of the Pride.
March 20-21, 2026
Join us on campus for a two-day, in-depth look at all things Clarke! Check in Friday night to experience life in the residence halls and enjoy free tickets and transportation to a Dubuque Fighting Saints game. Then on Saturday, you’ll hear from a variety of people and departments across campus, go on a campus scavenger hunt, take a tour of campus, and enjoy an interactive classroom experience.
Need to opt-out for Friday night? You can still join us for the fun on Saturday – just indicate your schedule needs on the sign-up form.
April 25, 2026, 2-4:15 p.m. with Block Party to Follow
With this special visit event, you’ll tour campus, learn about admissions and financial aid, and join students and the community at one of our biggest events of the year, Clarke Fest! This annual block party features music, art, and club activities from Clarke students, as well as food and entertainment from around Dubuque. It’s a great way to get to know not just the professors and students at Clarke, but many of the Dubuque neighbors that make life here so special!
Clarke welcomes high school and community groups for campus visits! Your group will learn about academic programs, athletics, student life, and the application process—plus enjoy a campus tour. Have a specific interest? We’ll do our best to connect you with faculty in that area. We look forward to hosting your group on campus!

When I first accepted, I didn’t know what Dubuque, Iowa was. I didn’t know what the weather looked like, I knew nothing. I just took that journey. My first day walking into class and seeing how small the classrooms were took the edge off of that unknown. I knew I could get one-on-one experience with professors and actually get some of my questions answered rather than sit in the back of a classroom with 100 or 200 students for a lecture.
My family is really important to me and Clarke is perfect for me because they are close, but not too close. I feel like I’ve been able to get to know everybody and feel really at home on campus. I can go to a game or go to an event on campus, and I will find friends there.
Something brought me here. Yes, I came for football, but I’ve stayed for the relationships. You get a top-notch education, amazing people, and powerful connections. It’s a unique place and I am fortunate to be here.
I had never heard of Clarke, but once I visited, I found connections everywhere. It always seemed like someone had a sister or friend who had come here. When comparing it to other schools, I just kept coming back to this sense that Clarke was right, it felt like home.
