How do I obtain my Clarke email, CU hub and Moodle account information?
New Students
Students will receive their user name/password during CORE Registration. Instructions for accessing and using your accounts will be distributed at that time.
Transfer Students
Students will receive their user name/password during Transfer Student Registration. Instructions for accessing and using your accounts will be distributed at that time.
Returning Students
Students who registered for the upcoming fall semester will keep the same account information. If you have forgotten your password, please read the information under How can I reset my password?
What is my username and password?
Your username for most accounts follows the format of firstname_lastname all lowercase. Your username for email is firstname_lastname@clarke.edu, all lowercase. It is important to remember that there needs to be an underscore between your first name and last name for your user name. For example, if your name is John Brooks, then your user name is john_brooks.
Your initial password is the word Password with a capital P followed by the month and date of your birth. For example, if your birthday is January 2, your password is Password0102.
How do I access my accounts?
On Clarke’s homepage, expand the “Quick Links” button in the upper left corner of the navigation bar. You will see the Info for … Current Students link within the menu.
Choose the MyMail link under Tools within the “Quick Links” menu which will take you to the Clarke email login screen.
Choose the CU hub link under Tools within the “Quick Links” menu which will take you to the CU Hub login screen. Enter your username and click Continue. CU Hub provides access to your course schedule, grades and transcript.
Choose the MyMoodle link under Tools within the “Quick Links” menu which will take you to the Moodle main menu page. Click the login link in the upper right corner. Use MyMoodle to access your course syllabi, assignments, discussion forums and course information.
How can I reset my password?
If you have set up your phone to send you an SMS or alternate email, you can reset your password using the online Microsoft Password Reset Tool.
