Payment Plans
General Information
Clarke University students are billed each semester in advance. Billing statements for the fall semester will usually be prepared and available in mid-July. Billing statements for the spring semester will be prepared and available in mid-December.
Students are required to either pay their balance in full or enroll in a payment arrangement plan one week prior to the start of classes. If no payment plan is selected, one may be chosen for you and a late charge of $50 will be applied to your account.
Clarke offers several payment options. A method of payment must be selected and a payment plan selected by the time class starts. This will allow the financial portion of the registration to be completed more accurately and efficiently. Payment plans can be accessed through CU hub. The costs of books, supplies and individual expenses are not part of the payment plans.

You will be directed to a website where you can:
- View Your Bill
- Make a Payment
- Setup a Payment Plan
- Add an authorized user (parent, employer, etc…)
Payment Plan Options
To select one of the following payment plan options, log in to your CUHub account and click on Student Finance, Continue to Payment Center, and then select Payment Plans. If the date falls on a weekend the payment will be deducted on the following Monday. Failure to sign up for a payment plan by the first day of classes will result in a $50 late fee.

EMPLOYEE REIMBURSEMENT PAYMENT PLAN
Only for students with Employer Reimbursement. Payments due 30 days after grades are released. This is not intended for undergrad students.
EXTERNAL FUNDING PAYMENT PLAN
Only for students who will be paid by Veterans benefits, Voc Rehab, TAA, or are using a 529 plan.
FEDERAL WORK STUDY OR CAMPUS PAYROLL PAYMENT PLAN
Only for students whose balance due is equal to their Federal Workstudy Award.
PRIVATE LOAN PLAN
Only for students who are applying for additional financial aid private loans. Private loans must be in place by August 20/January 20 to avoid $100 late fee.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover cards. Please note there is a service fee on all credit card payments, with a minimum of $3.00 fee when using either a debit or credit card.
International Payment Plan
In addition to the standard 2, 4, or 5-payment plan choices, Clarke is thrilled to introduce an alternative exclusively for our international students. This innovative plan aims to reduce your monthly payments, enhancing affordability for a gradual payment approach.
To take advantage of this plan, please contact Kathy in Student Accounts at student.accounts@clarke.edu by June 15 before your scheduled classes begin. Kathy will assist you in enrolling in this plan. Under this payment option, you will start payment in June, two months before the August class start date. You will then continue making equal monthly payments from June to May. By adhering to this plan, your account will be fully paid in May.
We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to reassure you that if you decide not to attend Clarke and have a credit on your account, you will receive a refund for that credit amount.
Clarke University provides a streamline payment option for International students through TransferMate. Pay your tuition and fees in your local currency from nearly any country. Go to the “Make Payment”, tab choose TransferMate in the drop-down menu and follow the prompts.
*Please note that if additional charges are applied to your account over the estimated amount, your monthly payment may be subject to slight adjustments.
